King’s Disease 3 was released without any features on November 11, 2022, through Mass Appeal Records and is the fourth consecutive album by Nas to be executive-produced by Hit-Boy. The album’s predecessor, King’s Disease II, debuted at No. 3 and was Nas’ highest-charting album in almost a decade, moving 56,000 equivalent album units in its first week.
