Nas And Hit-Boy’s 1st Week Sales For “King’s Disease 3” Are Here
Nas and Hit-Boy’s King’s Disease 3 debuted at the No. 10 position on the Billboard 200.
The 17-track project earned a total of 29,000 equivalent album units in its first week, earning Nas his 16th Top 10 entry on the Billboard 200. The Queens native is now tied with Jay-Z for the most Top 10 projects by a Hip Hop recording artist.

King’s Disease 3 was released without any features on November 11, 2022, through Mass Appeal Records and is the fourth consecutive album by Nas to be executive-produced by Hit-Boy. The album’s predecessor, King’s Disease II, debuted at No. 3 and was Nas’ highest-charting album in almost a decade, moving 56,000 equivalent album units in its first week.
The Queensbridge OG relives his youth throughout King’s Disease 3, including reminiscing about his past feud with Jay-Z on “Thun.”

In more charting news, GloRilla’s debut EP, Anyways, Life’s Great… debuts at No. 11 with 28, 500 units in its first week. The project included her hit single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go) featuring HitKidd, as well as the Cardi B-assisted “Tomorrow 2.”

Taylor Swift’s Midnights reclaims the No. 1 spot with an additional 198,000 units, while Drake and 21 Savage’s Her Loss remains at the No. 2 spot with 172,000 more units.
