Fans prematurely speculated 50 Cent and his longtime partner Cuban Linx were engaged after the model/entrepreneur shared a video of her wearing a Diamond ring to her Instagram page.
In the intimate clip posted on Saturday (April 15), Linx, whose real name is Jamira Haynes is seen walking arm-in-arm with 50 Cent through a hallway as Summer Walker’s ‘Session 32’ plays in the background. The camera then pans to Cuban filming 50 on her phone while he performs on stage, with her left hand stretched to seemingly flex the ring on her finger.
Fans in the comment section of her post began speculating that 50 Cent had finally put a ring on it and that the video was uploaded to purposely show off her engagement ring
‘I have never held my ring finger out like that while I am holding a glass… hmmm seems peculiar,’ one person wrote.
‘Sticking that finger out like a kickstand [rolling laughing emoji] Yes [heart emoji],’ another person commented.
‘The first woman to really cuff Fif,’ wrote another person.
Hours after blogs gave relevance to the rumors, a rep for 50 has clarified to TMZ Hip Hop that while the couple are very much in love, the Diamond is not an engagement ring.
Some people in the comments of the IG video pointed out the ring is her love ring, which she ‘wears from time to time.’
