As per the autopsy report obtained by TMZ, Jacky traveled to Miami in May for a procedure involving liposuction and fat transfer, commonly known as a BBL. The surgery took place on May 30, and she was prescribed Cliprofloxacin, Oxycodone, and Ondansetron. Following the surgery, Jacky experienced a headache and sought a post-operative appointment. Subsequently, she opted for a massage to alleviate the pain and was advised to switch from Ondansetron to ibuprofen.

On the night of May 31, Jacky began experiencing severe discomfort in her head and had difficulty speaking. Her aunt called 911, but tragically, Jacky became unresponsive before help arrived. She was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11 PM.
