Robert Vito, best known for his role in the Spy Kids movie and other early 2000s shows, will not face felony charges in his domestic violence case. TMZ has learned that the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has decided to transfer the case to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office for potential misdemeanor charges instead.
Domestic Violence Incident Leads to Arrest
Earlier this month, Robert Vito was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge after authorities responded to an alleged altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Jennings, at an L.A.-area home. Sources say the argument turned physical, with Lindsey claiming that Vito pushed their son and threw him onto the couch.

No Serious Injuries Reported
While the son was reportedly unharmed, law enforcement officers noticed visible marks on Lindsey’s body, leading to Vito’s arrest. He was later released on a $50K bond. Following the incident, Lindsey Jennings was granted a temporary restraining order against him.
Case Transferred for Misdemeanor Review
The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office found that the case did not meet the threshold for felony charges and transferred it to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office for review of potential misdemeanor charges.
So far, Robert Vito’s representatives have not provided any public comments regarding the case.
