Metro Boomin took to social media on Tuesday (May 30) to unveil some of the artists that have been confirmed to appear on the forthcoming ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ Soundtrack.
Inline with other promotional contents of the movie, the announcement involved use of comic book stylized imagery of each featured artist. In addition to the already confirmed Future, James Blake, and Don Toliver, Metro Boomin announced the album arriving June 2 will also feature Nas, Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage, Coi Leray, Wizkid, Swae Lee, 2 Chainz, Offset, Lil Uzi Vert and much more.
“The best rapper alive Lil Wayne is confirmed for the @SpiderVerse soundtrack available everywhere June 2nd!!,” he declared, announcing Lil Wayne’s appearance on the album.
On Wednesday (May 31), the decorated producer blessed the masses with a new single from the forthcoming compilation titled “Callin,” a melodic offering that features NAV, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Swae Lee. The track sees the artists putting their hearts on their sleeves for their respective love interests.

“Across The Spider-Verse” is the sequel to the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse released in 2018. The new animated film directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson continues the story of Miles Morales in his journey to reshape what it means to be a hero.
