Naomi Osaka’s fans have gotten their first look at her baby girl. In an Instagram post, the renowned tennis star shared a brief image of her adorable little girl, who was already dressed in a tennis-themed onesie.
In the caption, the first time mom who has not played tennis since the 2022 Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo expressed her enthusiasm to swiftly resume her tennis career, “Well, that was a delightful intermission. Now, let’s return to our regularly scheduled program,” Osaka wrote.
Upon the announcement, a wave of congratulatory messages flooded the comment section from Osaka’s friends and well-wishers. Prominent figures in the tennis world, including Sloane Stephens and Vanessa Lachey, were among those who sent their heartfelt congratulations.
In addition to the glimpse of her newborn, Osaka also shared several other photographs documenting her pregnancy journey. As we previously reported, Naomi Osaka, 25, welcomed her baby daughter, born to her and rapper Cordae, to the world on Tuesday (July 10) in Los Angeles. The baby’s name has not yet been released.
