The graphic incident drew reactions from social media users with many of them reveling in his misfortune. Also reacting to the beatdown is rapper Boosie Badazz. The Baton Rouge rapper took to Twitter on Wednesday (March 22) to laugh at 6ix9ine and to also offer monetary reward to his attackers.

“WE NEED TO START A GO FUND FOR THIS GUYLIKE COOKIE MONEY SAY WE GOTTA STARTT REWARDING THE REAL ONES.”

Chief Keef affiliate, Lil Reese also jumped on the opportunity to clown 6ix9ine.

As we reported earlier, the 26-year-old Brooklyn rapper was attacked by three to four men inside an LA Fitness gym on Tuesday. One video shared on social media shows a pair of men hovering over Tekashi, who is curled up on the floor, trying to protect his face from the ongoing blows.

His attorney Lance Lazzaro said Tekashi tried to defend himself and fight back, but noted he was outnumbered and badly injured.

A new surveillance footage obtained by TMZ shows the shocking moment the men entered the gym in search of 6ix9ine. In the clip below, one man inside the gym is seen talking on his phone before he approaches a door and lets a second man into the LA Fitness in South Florida.

In another clip from inside the gym, a third man, also dressed in black joins them as they menacingly walk towards the bathroom where the brutal attack took place.

TMZ adds Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez did not have security with him at the time of the attack because he was a regular at the fitness gym, and would usually stay for about 20 minutes interacting and posing for pictures with fans.

“Take a picture! I want to be famous now, n-gga,” one of his attackers can be heard saying in one of the video footages.

The “Gooba” rapper has yet to publicly address the attack, but people have had it for him since he cooperated with the feds in the RICO case against the Bloods. The rapper was sentenced to two years in prison in 2019 on nine charges, including racketeering, drug trafficking and firearm offenses in relation to his involvement with the Nine Trey Bloods gang. Tekashi had faced a minimum of 47-years in prison, but was granted a reduced sentence for cooperating with federal officials and helping imprison his associates.

Lazzaro said he would ensure Tekashi gets federal protection moving forward.
