Only The Family rapper Doodie Lo has been awarded $11 million by a Florida court in his defamation lawsuit against ex-girlfriend FTN Bae, who accused him of sexually abusing her five-year old son, Wesley.
The 31-year old rapper celebrated his legal victory on Instagram and revealed that FTN Bae had been arrested and charged with perjury.
“This Was A Long Stressful Milestone In My Life Throughout The Trials And Tribulations I Stood Tall After All The Lies And Backlash,” he wrote.
“Special S/O To @arielesq305 My Attorney Was Up Sleepless Nights Answering The Phone Anytime Of The Night I Love My Team STOP PLAYING WITH MY NAME FIRST IN HISTORY JUSTICE FIRST TIME BEING SERVE FROM A SCORN WOMAN WHO TRIEDTO RUIN ME CANCEL HER STAY BLESSED[.] The 11 We Holding Up IS FOR 11 MILLION.”
In a viral post shared on Instagram on October 27, 2021, FTN Bae, whose real name is Britney Elder accused Doodie Lo of sexually harassing her son. She claimed the rapper “welted 3 screws” into her son’s anus, which caused him severe injuries to his bowels.
“August 6th I had a show in Orlando & @otf_doodielo was at my house along with my roommate and my son and his 3-year-old cousin,” her caption began. “Once I left this SICK man welted 3 screws (that he found in my toolbox) and shoved them up my sons anus.”
“Scared and afraid my son hid the screws outside so he ‘couldn’t find it & do it again’ and never told me about it. He was trying to be sooo tough that he dealt with this for 2 months and it clearly was AFFECTING him. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS i would think this would be my story (‘my boyfriend sexually assaulting my son’) My son and my life will never be the same. This is not a sympathy post or a clout post this is simply me a heartbroken mother WHO IS DOING EVERYTHING i can do for justice for MY SON !
While I’m patiently waiting for the police to complete [their] investigation I NEEDED to speak up and expose this SICK MAN to warn other females with kids and maybe other girls who dealt with him and should talk to [their] kids,” Bae added.
In an attempt to clear his name, Doodie Lo (real name David Saulsberry) and his attorney denied the allegations on Instagram live, saying FTN’s statements were “false, defamatory and injurious” to his personal and professional reputation. He further filed a $5 million lawsuit against FTN, accusing her of defamation, emotional distress and perpetual reputational harm that has resulted in him losing income and business opportunities.
The lawsuit alleged FTN “began her intentional campaign to defame and destroy [Doodie],” after he ended their four-month old relationship.
