Drake Announces New Album “For All The Dogs” Drops Next Month

Drake has announced that his next album, “For All the Dogs,” will be released in two weeks. The album will be accompanied by the Toronto rapper’s first book of poetry, “Titles Ruin Everything,” which was released on June 23.

Drake made the announcement during the New York stop of his “It’s All A Blur” tour on Wednesday night (July 26). ‘New York I will be back soon. I have an album dropping for you in like two weeks,’ Drake announced at the end of his show.

For All the Dogs” will serve as Drake’s eighth solo studio album and his first since 2022’s “Honestly, Nevermind.” The album is expected to be a departure from The Boy’s more recent work, with a focus on traditional hip-hop sounds.

Although Drake did not give an exact date for his new album’s release, the rapper has been spotted wearing a dog mask on two occasions in recent weeks. The first time was on July 21, when he was seen leaving his hotel in New York City wearing a Rottweiler mask. The second time was on July 23, when he was seen out and about in Toronto wearing a golden retriever mask.
