Kim Kardashian is upset with Kanye West for airing their disagreements on social media, believing it’s harmful to their children. The artist now known as Ye recently took to Instagram to express his desire for their kids to leave the school they’re attending in L.A., Sierra Canyon.
“KIM TAKE MY KIDS OUT OF SIERRA CANYON NOW IT’S A FAKE SCHOOL FOR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE USED BY ‘THE SYSTEM'”
In the caption he added, “At this point, everybody knows what ‘the system’ is code word for. I was removed from my dad by the system, and the system removed me from my children. When the system drafts athletes, they avoid working with those who have their father in their [lives] because they are harder to manipulate. My two oldest know they daddy.”
According to TMZ sources, Kim is reportedly not pleased with her ex-husband’s public statements about the school, as she enrolled their children there for two main reasons: she believes it’s a fantastic school, and she values consistency in their lives, especially considering Ye’s lifestyle, which often involves extended absences.
Ye’s proposed alternative solutions raise further concerns for Kim. Sources reveal that he has suggested unaccredited teachers or his own Donda Academy, which has faced legal issues. Kim previously allowed their children to participate in Donda after-school activities, but discontinued this option when the school closed down.
Moreover, Ye has reportedly told their children that school isn’t necessary, which has frustrated Kim. She strongly values education and views it as essential for their children’s development.
This conflict isn’t new. In 2022, Ye expressed a preference for his children to attend his Donda Academy during a public interview with Tucker Carlson. He criticized Sierra Canyon for allegedly “indoctrinating” students and not teaching them about Christmas.
TMZ sources say Kim is frustrated with Kanye’s public attacks and naming of the school, as it raises safety and security concerns for their children. Their divorce agreement stipulates settling disputes privately, which Ye seems to be violating.
