Rick Ross has entered the weed industry, launching his own strain made out of the ‘best flower in the world.’ Earlier this week, the MMG rapper partnered with brand High Tolerance to debut his “Collins Avenue” strain, which is named after his old stomping grounds in Miami-Dade.
“High Tolerance is the best flower for all the ones who like to blow that good gas,” Ross tells TMZ Hip Hop. “This is the best flower in the world … this is why I decided to team up with High Tolerance. They have the best flower on the streets. Shout out to Manny, the biggest.”
With his new strain, Rozay joins some of rap’s royalty in the legal cannabis market. Other rappers with their own special brand of weed include Jay-Z, Freddie Gibbs, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa.
Rozay’s Collins Avenue strain drops June 1st.
The news comes just as Rick Ross announced plans to buy back the block. In a video shared on his Instagram stories, Rich Forever announced his intentions to purchase “apartment buildings, business offices, single family homes, duplexes and communities.”
He called on his fans to bring the deals to him, “don’t let the people take you, come do business with the bawse,” he said.
