Los Angeles, CA – Rihanna has reportedly given birth to her second child with A$AP Rocky. The couple welcomed a baby boy on August 3 in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The baby’s name has not yet been revealed. However, sources close to to the news outlet say that the second child’s name begins with the letter “R.”
This is Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s second child together. They announced their pregnancy in February 2023 during the Fenty billionaire’s Super Bowl halftime performance — her first live show in five years.
As of now, neither Rihanna nor Rocky have shared public statements about the birth of their new child. However, according to sources speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the couple intends to enjoy the early days of parenthood privately, without immediate plans to introduce their new baby to the public.
On Instagram, Rihanna’s last posts were from earlier this month, when she debuted a new mascara line for her makeup brand, Fenty Beauty. Her underwear brand, Savage x Fenty, also released new sheer lines for lingerie and a sexy line for mothers who are nursing.
As for Rocky, his last post was him celebrating Father’s Day.
“The Mayers boys stole my whole heart! Happy Father’s Day nerd,” Rihanna wrote in the comments.
Rihanna and Rocky have been dating since 2020. Their first son, named RZA Athelston Mayers, was born in May 2022.
