Kendrick Lamar Fires Up Another Shot at Drake With “Not Like Us”

The war of words between Kendrick Lamar and Drake shows no signs of stopping. Just a day after his scathing track “Meet The Grahams,” Lamar has unleashed another brutal diss track titled “Not Like Us.”

Released on Saturday (May 4), “Not Like Us” picks up right where “Meet The Grahams” left off. Lamar continues his relentless assault on Drake’s personal life, launching fresh barbs and accusations.

Lamar starts with a whisper, reminiscent of the famous line from the film “The Sixth Sense”: “Psst, I see dead people.” But the quiet tone doesn’t last long. Here are some highlights from the track:

Drake’s Preferences

<

Lamar directly addresses Drake’s rumored preference for younger women: “Say Drake, I hear you like ’em young. You better not have to go to Cell Block One. Just make sure you hide your little sister from him.”

Certified Lover Boy?

A play on Drake’s sixth studio album title, Lamar quips, “Certified Lover Boy? Certified pedophile.” He questions why Drake continues to “troll like a bitch.”

Atlanta Connections

Lamar accuses Drake of running to Atlanta for credibility, money, and collaborations with artists like Future, Lil Baby, and 2 Chainz. He calls out Drake as a “fucking colonizer.”

God’s Plan and Family Matters

The track ends with a wordplay twist on Drake’s songs. Lamar asserts, “It was God’s Plan to show you’re the liar.”

The Beef’s Origins

The feud ignited weeks ago when Lamar dropped a verse in Future and Metro Boomin’s “Like That,” dragging both Drake and J. Cole into the mix. J. Cole responded with “7 Minute Drill,” but later expressed regret for the diss. Drake fired back with “Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50)” and “Taylor Made Freestyle,” which was eventually taken down due to its controversial use of AI Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg vocals.
