Rumors about Tems being pregnant with Future’s child ran rampant on social media last week. While the Nigerian singer has remained quiet about the rumors, she hopped on X, formerly Twitter today (Sept. 22) to address the allegations.
Alongside a close-up selfie, she wrote, “In conclusion, You people are all Mad!!!”
Fans in the comments noted are seemingly burgeoning nose and took a light-hearted approach. One person commented, “Your nose is swollen, the baby is coming,” while another added, “This is pregnancy nose.”
The initial spark of Tems’ pregnancy rumors seems to have come from a random TikTok video uploaded to the viral platform. In the video, a user suggests Tems is showing signs of a baby bump. Despite the lack of clarity, internet users quickly embraced the gossip.
Today, Tems also took to her Instagram stories to post pictures of herself wearing the same outfit as seen in the clip, dispelling any rumors of a pregnancy.
It’s worth noting that Future and Tems collaborated on one of last year’s biggest hit songs, “WAIT FOR U,” which also featured Drake. While Tems, 27, does not have any children, Future has eight.
