The tour, which marks her first solo outing since “The Formation World Tour” in 2016 is in support of her latest album Renaissance. The announcement also comes days after her private concert in Dubai for the opening of resort Atlantis. According to Terrence J, Beyoncé was paid a massive $45 million for the hour long performance.

“I think the number was actually more,” Terrence J said on The Breakfast Club in response to T.I. who repeated initial claims that the singer received $24 million for her performance.

“I think like the bigger number was around $45 million. It’s the biggest launch. They wanted to outdo the original Atlantis launch which was the biggest one at the time,” he added.

During her performance at the luxury resort, Queen Bey performed a 17-song set list that consisted of classic hits, such as “XO,” “Naughty Girl,” “Halo,” “Freedom,” “Crazy in Love,” and “Beautiful Liar.” She also performed several songs from her soundtrack The Lion King: The Gift live for the first time, including an on-stage duet of “Brown Skin Girl” with her 11-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
