Jay-Z returned to Paris on Friday (April 14) for a special Louis Vuitton benefit concert honoring Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Backed by a live band and orchestra, rap’s first billionaire performed a medley of B-Sides songs from his illustrious catalog including Hovi Baby, Performing Sweet, Oceans, Roc Boys, FWMYKIGI, N-ggas In Paris, Empire State Of Mind, Encore, and PSA.

The event held at Louis Vuitton Foundation’s Auditorium was live-streamed by French producer OuMardinho on Instagram. According to fans who attended the event, Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé, Blue Ivy, Chris Tucker, Jill Scoot, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were all at the venue to enjoy the concert, as well as support Jay. You can watch some clips of the performance below.

Jay-Z hasn’t released a solo LP since 2016’s confessional album 4:44 and fans were hoping for some new music at the concert. While that didn’t happen, the rapper’s old albums continue to reach new heights. This week the Recording Industry Association of America announced that his 2001 classic album The Blueprint is certified triple platinum. Previously, it reached double platinum status on May 1 of 2002, according to the RIAA.

Vol 2… Hard Knock Life was also certified six times platinum by the RIAA per Chart data, becoming his highest certified album in the US. The title previously belonged to his joint album with Kanye West ‘Watch The Throne.’
