Lil Tecca’s ‘Tec’ First Week Sales

Update: Lil Tecca’s latest album ‘Tec’ debuted at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 with 41K album units sold in its first week. The biggest opening week for a Tecca studio album.

Lil Tecca’s latest studio album TEC is set to do 30-35K in its opening week. That’s up slightly from the 21-year-old’s 2021 project, We Love You Tecca 2, which debuted at number ten on the US Billboard 200 chart with 30,000 album-equivalent units.

The Queens native’s third studio album, TEC, was released on Friday with 16 tracks and appearances from Kodak Black and Ken Carson. Ahead of the album’s release, the “Repeat It” rapper shared a total of three singles, namely “Need Me,” “500lbs,” and “Hvn On Earth.”

In the overall chart, Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts is expected to edge out Rod Wave‘s Nostalgia for number one on the chart.
