Offset‘s new album, “Set It Off,” debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart with 70K units sold in its first week, with 25K of those being pure album sales.

While this marks a slight drop from his debut solo album, ‘Father Of 4,’ which sold 89K copies in its opening week, it’s still a strong showing.

The album was released on Friday, October 13th, and features 21 tracks, including two features from Cardi B and guest appearances from Future, Travis Scott, Young Nudy, Don Toliver, and more.

In response to the album’s performance, Offset expressed his gratitude to fans on Twitter, acknowledging the challenges he faced while crafting the project. “I want to thank everyone that love the album. You guys don’t know how hard I worked on this project with all that went on in my life…we pushing through,” he shared.

His wife, Cardi B, also took to social media to show support for her husband’s achievements.

“So proud of my baby!! Going against all odds… leaving his label, starting fresh, staying focused determined and not letting nothing break him… he did that! [love emoji].” She concluded her message with a hint at her own upcoming album release, signifying it as “MY TURN.”
