Benzino has clapped back at Eminem after the latter dissed him on a song titled “Doomsday Pt. 2” that dropped on Friday (Jan. 26).

The occasional rapper and former co-owner of The Source magazine, has a long history of beefing with Eminem, dating back to the early 2000s, when he released an early demo tape of the Detroit rapper using a racial slur. The two rappers exchanged several diss tracks and insults over the years, but the beef seemed to die down in recent times, with Benzino claiming they had patched things up.

However, the tension resurfaced when Eminem slammed him once again on the new Lyrical Lemonade track “Doomsday Pt. 2.” On the diss track released on Friday, Eminem makes fun of Benzino’s financial status and name-drops his daughter, Coi Leray, who is also a rapper.

Eminem raps: “Now I got a riddle, one condition, you mustn’t laugh, what is the opposite of Benzino? A giraffe, ‘Go at his neck,’ how the f–k is that? How can I go at somethin’ he doesn’t have?” He also raps: “Guess that Coi Leray feat’s in the toilet, ayy?”

Benzino did not take the diss lightly and responded with his own diss track, “Vulturius”, where he directly accuses Eminem of being a racists and a culture vulture. He also attacks him for his past drug addiction, his relationship with 50 Cent, and his sexuality.

Benzino raps: “Invade our culture then insult us, time you get exposed / Lil’ ho, diss Christina, Mariah, Michael or Britney? / What kinda f–k go to war with people dancin’ and singin’? Don’t f–k with 50, and keep it a buck, you ain’t tough.”

He also brings up Eminem’s childhood friend and D12 rapper Proof, who was killed in a 2006 shooting, and implies that Eminem did not care about his death.

“Plan my funeral, please, you shoot who?/Square ain’t even go circle the block for Proof.”

He then goes on to question Eminem’s sexuality: “Never seen with a girl, never seen with a b–ch / But got a song What If I Was Gay with Joyner Lucas.”

Meanwhile. Benzino’s daughter, Coi Leray, has made it clear that she will not reply to Eminem after the Marshall Mathers LP creator hinted that he had no interest in working with her.

“I don’t have any problems with anyone. I’m focused on my mature and confident vibes… if someone doesn’t like me, that’s their own issue,” she tweeted. She also added. “I’m not going to waste my time on these old men and their ancient beef. It’s so ridiculous that I can only laugh. After 20 years?? [crying face emoji] Please, I’m grown. Move on. Go stream my music.
