Blueface‘s legal troubles took a turn for the worse this week, with a new warrant issued for his arrest in Nevada. While already serving time in Los Angeles for a separate probation violation, the rapper now faces potential additional jail time in Nevada for allegedly violating terms related to his 2023 Las Vegas strip club shooting case.
In the original case, Blueface received a suspended sentence, entailing 3 years of probation and no jail time on the condition of maintaining good behavior. However, he also faced an underlying sentence of 2-5 years, meaning a probation violation could result in imprisonment for a few years.
What Sparked the Warrant?
According to TMZ, the most recent warrant stems from a December 2023 incident where Blueface instructed his baby mama to fight a woman during a show in Utah. A video circulating online appears to show Blueface bringing a woman onstage and instructing his then-fiancée Jaidyn Alexis to “get her,” resulting in an altercation. Blueface’s attorney, Kristina Wildeveld, confirmed the video’s existence and its connection to the alleged violation.
The rapper now faces the possibility of additional jail time in Nevada on top of his existing sentence. While his lawyer claims he’s cooperating and plans to turn himself in after completing his California term, the exact timeline for his transfer remains uncertain.
Blueface is currently serving time in Los Angeles County Jail for violating probation in an assault case. Nevada authorities will likely wait until he completes his California sentence in July before seeking his extradition.
